I did a little updating on our organic garlic website. We stopped in at the farm and took some pictures of the garlic to put up. It’s really marvelous stuff–the smell in the drying barn was amazing, and when we peeled a bulb to look at the cloves, it made my mouth water. Strong and spicy with depth and tantalizing undertones. Garlic rocks!
Also, the farmer asked if we thought selling some as table stock was a good idea–we thought so. It smells so good, if there was some way of transferring smells through the internet, you would buy 700 pounds of it right now on impulse. Then your living room would smell as good as that barn full of garlic did. . .
