Happier children in the snow; or, why naps are An Important Part Of Life.

Day one: no Proper Long Nap.

Notice the sullen expression and forgotten hat. . .

And for sister the same–Day one: Nap Interrupted.

Day two: after a Cozy Cuddly Nap with sister.

Ok, she still doesn’t look that happy, but she was, you just can’t tell because she is very busy building a snow fort, and eating said snow fort. Later she tried to copy Molly (who was making snow angels) but she didn’t quite get the idea, and so she told us that she was lying in the snow having a dentist appointment. . .

  1. Will I do like it! And me too Jenny. But they wouldn’t be having so much fun in the snow. By the way grandpa made hash tonight. All by himself, and it was very good.

  2. I love all these pics. As far as “Naps are An Important Part Of Life,” I highly agree and wish there was one on my schedule for this afternoon. I about busted a stitch with Adele’s dentist appointment comment. πŸ™‚
